Inspired Alliance: Brillia and Cole

Joining forces in 2005, Brillia, a division of Permlight Products, Inc. and Cole collaborated to produce state-of-the art LED luminaires. The project – site fixtures. A series was developed that utilized various Brillia LED light engines ranging from 3-15W. And while working together to not only produce efficient lighting, Cole and Brillia defined a new way to produce the product with cost effectiveness. Brillia tapped its sister division, Permlight for Signs, to provide its high volume, low cost LED modules adapted for use in luminaries. This commitment to success and value-added partnership allowed Cole to introduce its product with an unmatched speed-to-market in a competitive market.

Illuminated Outcome: Steplites

Steplites are high performance site fixtures with an extraordinary number of shapes, lamp choices and faceplate designs. Steplites are ideal for installation in walls, ramps, bollards, stairs and stairwells. Cole offers specialized Steplites for almost any interior or exterior application. Most models have exceptional durability provided by a heavy cast aluminum faceplate and tempered glass diffuser. They also feature a cast aluminum junction box which may be easily field mounted to either the back or bottom of the housing to best suit installation conditions. Modified or custom Steplites may also be developed to meet exact specifications.
